Been using Tumblr since I was 12, honestly all other social media could never compare to its coziness

I learned to code are Neopets and games like Horseland if that dates me at all so one of the biggest appeals to me for Tumblr was the fact that I could code and not have the restrictions that other games or websites that have like HTML and CSS usage did for me although I do find it funny that I can make my Tumblr look like a 2000s Pierce the Veil Warped Tour fever dream and no one would bat an eye because it's Tumblr

I used to be on tumblr during my preteens and teens but I tried getting back on and I just feel lost on there now):

downloded tumblr about a year ago and i love it sm. i had to delete insta for this semester because it distracted me sm last time and was definetly THE reason why (tiktok too) i ended doing almost complete all nighters working on my paintings the day before the critiques, its such a good alternative. its not perfect but its kind of better than insta. im honestly debating about just fully transfering over there but at the same time instagram is where all my friends and moots are at but honestly i could just get their phone number and call it a day :p

*love* tumblr its the only social media that i didnt get bored with!

I was lucky enough to get into Marble Hornets while it was releasing. I watched the last entry with a buddy the day it came out. Its lauded as the original "slender series." I recently finished a rewatch with my partner and was able to better pickup on the parallels the series was drawing between The Operator (their slinderman) and metal health issues. Highly recommend.
