I just came back from BM1 event. Yes the business starting was kinda odd. My thought is that he wants you engaged and at least get the concept that you don't have to do everything. This event is worth 10x it's cost. I run a 4M construction business in California ,and it's has completely changed my view of a what a business owner is. Opens your eyes to all the tools and help that's available. I will be going back. Don't do the virtual. If you can't leave your business to attend this seminar for 5 days then your not an owner, you just have a high paying job.

I was in Well Oiled and shared my concerns with the program. I wouldn't say that they listened to me at all. Here is my review of Well-Oiled Operations: for anyone considering using it: This program should not be named Well-Oiled Operations; that is grossly misleading. It is filled with hour-long podcast-style videos in modules that are poorly structured, with few real bridges and models to accelerate your success. It's a waste of your money and time. It is mostly still a beta program and has a way to go before it can justify the cost of $9800 for 6 months and claim to have a proven, signature method to help people scale and get time back. Though it had a community, I eventually cringed when enthusiastic people joined and asked questions. They saw what I was experiencing-so much was not there. Furthermore, this program does not have a money-back guarantee (though it says it does and I think that's because most people would ask for their money back) or a cancelation policy, and you are forced to stay for the whole six months. It is so locked up that you could never get your money back, cancel or get out. The core of this program is to hire the right people, maintain a regular meeting schedule, and set KPIs but I would recommend that there are more experienced business leaders who have long-standing, PROVEN programs that assess where you are, what you need, and the tools and support to get you there... and are FAR MORE INEXPENSIVE with cancellation options and monthly payments. I regret my choice and the significant waste of time and money here. I urge you to consider your options carefully before investing in this program.
