I just stumbled onto your channel. I was @ Disneyland on March 13th which happened to be a Friday the 13th this was last day to use my Annual Pass before the closure. I stayed till closing. I loved how all the characters were at the train station stairs waving goodbye to us😢 It was very bitter sweet & lovely. Also was lucky to see the new parade before it went away, Magic Happens. My question is have any of the dads ever been inappropriate with you during one the character greetings ? Have heard rumours of this for years. Lordy I hope it hasn't happened to you.

I had high hopes going into this. Saw in theaters. It stunk. Outside of the mom toward the end of the film and Longlegs for most of his scenes, everyone, and I mean everyone in this movie turned in underwhelming performances. Heck, even Nicolas Cage turned in a couple bad scenes (specifically when he was in the holding room or when they were watching that video of him in the precinct). The worst scene of the movie was when Longlegs entered that store and went up to the counter, and the 18 year old girl just yelled at her dad in the back that the weirdo was back. It was such a terrible scene because if this girl basically rolls her eyes at this guy in annoyance then the audience isn’t going to find him threatening at all. My fave scene was when the main girl thought she saw something outside, so she goes to check it out, only to see someone inside her house suddenly when she is out in the yard. But alas that scene didn’t have the punch I thought it would when she went back in. People praising the mood and setting really need to get out more because for the most part I wasn’t impressed. Perkins just kept the camera lingered on things in a wide shot and then the scene would end with nothing happening. Wow, great stuff there. lol. But my biggest complaint is the casting and characters. This girl doesn’t come off as remotely believable in this role. Sorry but someone that far on the spectrum with very little social skills would not be leading an investigation like this. Even Reid from Crimjnal Minds is not the leader of that group for very good reason. But her captain in Longlegs basically thinks she’s like this wiz kid who can solve it. And why does he think this exactly? His acting to be fair is just as bad as hers. They have no chemistry. Anyways, I have used this movie as a yardstick this year to see if I have the same taste in movies as someone. If they liked this then I don’t really take their opinions too seriously. To each their own though I guess.

If hauntings are an actual thing, then Disneyland would be a prime candidate. How many millions of people would want to spend eternity there? Personal story - I was leaning on the rail at Tomorrowland Station waiting for the train when a very human voice whispered in my right ear. No one was near me at the time. I couldn't make out what was said and I'll chalk it up to my imagination. I just hope they don't "follow you home".

I achieve nearly all the goals I set for myself, including starting a UA-cam channel. In 2018, I set the goal to become a Disney K9 Handler…which I did for 3 years. I’ll be honest, a side quest was to ask out a Disney Princess for dinner, which I wasn’t able to achieve. 😂😭🤣

While you were “Goofying” around doing your princess thing, I was at the front gate, scanning tickets and greeting them so they can start their day magically. In your case, it was easy to get the girl out of Disney but very hard to get the Disney out of the girl. Only firmer cast members will relate. We should talk about our experiences. I know it's rather cliche but I would recommend My neighbour Totoro. I appreciate animation isn't everyone's cup of tea but it is honestly worth checking out. A film full of wonder, magic and joy.

Thank you for the kind message at the beginning of your video. Also, I love the topic of hope through movies. I have turned to movies myself for hope. Spider-Man 2 (2004) is one that has helped me showing that forgiveness is possible, that seemingly unwinnable situations can turn out right, and that those doing good deeds are not alone and can find support. For sci-fi, "Landscape With Invisible Hands" gives me hope of human art's survival through all of the artificial intelligence out there.
