@@rgtmoto Hehe good decision, for over 10 years I wanted to get a bike and didn't because of the same reasons. Haha now I finally got my shit together so I got my bike. At my age 35, I'm also learning that power is not everything on a bike, I love my MT09's power, but I feel like I don't need all that and would trade it for more comfort and wind protection to commute. I'm more into practicality now than just the thrill haha

i appreciate it. im thinking of trying to get my cdl and go that route but im still determining. i do like the job i currently have though, hrs and schedule are kind of meh but the job itself isnt bad. retail is retail i guess

i decided to not buy it but it was an absolute pleasure to ride it

combination of things, me being inexperienced as a manager and not adjusting as much numbers as i should, the system isnt the best in my opinion but mostly on my part. also we are one of the highest selling stores in our district so stuff sells thats why we pack the shelves sometimes.

its backstock bro, literally all of it is earlier of a date. i rotate, i promise you

5 months ago i didnt know what shrink even was, i was literally thrown in with no assistance or anything, i was never taught about any of it. now i know most of it and why its important, out of stocks, everything. i think the oos numbers are a bit inflated personally, im still working on pi adjustments, hard for me to find time to actually focus on just that when im not scheduled on backstock days a quarter of the time along with me not having my own order gun along with playing catch up everyday since night stockers dont do jack. maybe they do and we just get slammed with customers but idk

we also have a crap ton of theft since its legal anything over 800 dollars or something so its a field day for some of these customers. not to mention shitty pallets and broken product, stuff being left out in the aisles even though its a fucking dairy product, and the milk that gets sent isnt sealed correctly so almost a quarter of my load is complete shit. im not perfect by any means but hopefully you understand shrink isnt just because of pi's. i rotate, i do date checks the day before so i dont gotta worry about rotating as much, all the backstock is earlier of a date (most of the time, or it sells like hotcakes)

@@rgtmoto Be sure to write up anything missing. I don't know if its same as kroger but go onto a computer and find merchandising then (in your case) find grocery then find your dept # along with atlanta order and write up whatevers missing within 24 HRS

@@MrDiablo182 nah we don't have that, I'm not aware of it at least. I get the invoices and tell the receiving guy we didn't get certain things and he does his thing to make sure the warehouse gives us a credit if they bill us for it. Hasnt happened recently but it has happened

i do fifo, some items sell alot so i dont worry about it as much for certain items

Nah, the cooler im in has very little connectivity, so I have to literally be a certain spot and try to scan, and if it doesn't it signs me out. very annoying

So I identify leaks, so I don't have to clean my racks every week
