Working on muscle cars and bringing you along for the ride!
Let's rebuild this 4150 Holley 850 CFM Double Pumper Carburetor
I've always thought of carburetors of being a mystical artifact of the good ole days where you really needed to be from the 70's to be able to understand how it worked. In today's video, I decided to challenge myself with rebuilding a carburetor for the very first time. I watched a ton of UA-cam videos in preparation for this, the biggest influence coming from @UncleTonysGarage , I would recommend anyone wanting to learn more about carburetors watch him. This 850 DP big boy is going into my 1972 Pontiac Trans Am with an GM LS engine with 410 cubic inches. Thanks for watching!

My 1973 Oldsmobile Omega
Переглядів 3405 місяців тому
Hey guys, here is a walk around of my 1973 Oldsmobile Omega, cousin to the popular Chevy Nova. It has an Oldsmobile Rocket 350 engine in it with a TH350 transmission. Factory 4 barrel-V8 and 4 doors? I think that is kind of rare. It has Wilwood front disk brakes, Edelbrock Performer Intake, Edelbrock Carburetor, and in the future will have some Hooker long tube headers.
Hydro-Locked Engine Fix
Переглядів 2632 роки тому
In the last video, we discovered a broken piston and bent connecting rod in my LS swapped Firebird. Upon further inspection, I realized that one of the fuel injectors was stuck wide open, filling the cylinder up with gasoline and then when cranking I hydro locked the engine. In today’s video we finally get replacement parts for our build. I cover piston ring gap, connecting rod and piston assem...
Do not buy these fuel injectors

Today is story time. We find out why you should never buy these fuel injectors for your LS swap project. So close to getting my Firebird on the rode and now getting set back by a broken piston and connecting rod.
Trying Harbor Freight’s Aluminum Welding Rods
Переглядів 933 роки тому
Today we are learning how to plug my car's radiator outlets using Harbor Freight's welding aluminum rods. My LS Swap radiator has an extra outlet and instead of using a rubber plug we are going to try to weld aluminum at home.
These are the cars I have to mess around with.

Thank you for watching! I will be posting LS swap videos and other muscle car videos like I have been doing on Tiktok. The main project is the 1972 Pontiac Firebird and it is getting a 6.7l LS engine and T-56 manual transmission. I will also be doing videos on more vintage engine rebuilds like the Pontiac 400 engine. Make sure to follow and like my videos as it really helps my channel grow to r...
If he had nos on it with running it all over prolly didn’t work well
Nicely done video!
Thank you very much Uncle Tony!

Nice TA! I have a 1999 TA and I love these cars.
@@michaelm3381 Nice! I wish I had the 1998-1999 or the 2001-2002 versions. The 2000 year has a lot of emissions quirks that make some of the components 1 year only.
The rings are fried if he ran too much n2 through it😳 👋
@@panchovilla1770 Rings are still fine but the t56 is on its last legs. Lost 5th gear and grinds on 3-4-6

Your videos are full of information that nobody likes to share. That's for sure! You have some bad@$$ cars and an arsenal of tools that your pops left you. Keep pushing like the last guy said in the comments. Your videos are appreciated by many!
