the reason its bogging so much is because the air to fuel ratio is off. when putting an aftermarket exhaust on your bike you need to tune the carbs to the right air to fuel ratio. if you remove the exhaust completely you need alot more fuel to make it run good

its a two stroke your not supposed to let off the gas when you shift. You do that on a four stroke.

The top end was already low on compression, it’s had 2 rebuilds since this video.

I used partzilla, they seem to be pretty good. Although you will probably need to use eBay for some used parts. Good luck.
When I searched strait piped two strokes I was think you would put another peace of pipe on the exhaust outlet so nothing could get in but Ig people arent that smart?

I think you should immediately remove the tape after you apply the last coat..
Yes otherwise the tape comes under the dried coat and when u remove it the edges are torn
