what about the nutritional information? If they are much healthier than your average instant noodles I'd still consider buying them. What ingredients go into the noodles and the sauce packet?

I don't like meat and could live off of meatless products for the rest of my life, but scallops are everything to me. They are my favorite thing when it comes to something "fancy." I use any excuse to buy them. Angel hair or any kind of long spaghetti is something I could eat every day for the rest of my life. I crave it and have an addiction. I love a cold noodle and I didn't even know you could eat raw scallops, but I am more than willing to try. My two favorite things combined!
