At last it looks like they have actually animated dimpled golf balls with brand logos instead of a white billiards cue ball. Graphics do look a lot better, though this will no doubt be a lifeless boring static world where environment animations are non existent. Hope they have included dynamic divots, where each and every play is different with shallow, deep different width divots randomly scattered over the fairways each and ever play. Dynamic rain puddles on course and physics weather effects of trees flowers and grass blowing. Hope it isn't full of bugs and scam pay to play skin upgrades.

Any pot bunkers in the designer? What good are Open venues or links courses without pot bunkers? Tee peg with the Pro V1 X on it in the video looks too big. No headcovers on the woods or putter in the bag the caddy is carrying. Will golf bags be customisable? Will there be licensed real life bags? Will our own created players have a choice of golf swings to pick from, instead of everyone having the same? Will the animations now stand to the ball realistically when it is on a severe slope when it is above or below the level of the feet? Have ball drops been improved as they were shocking in PGA2K23. Will ball flight be affected by altitude? Will Matt Fitz chip left hand below right in the game? Please get rid of the ball fittings. One plus is cross-play societies.

Hmm. Player models look better but it seems to suffer from the same bad lighting where everything is either very bright or dark shadows. Advertised improvements include more shot types and physics improvements. Still no Augusta, no apparent graphical upgrades to the courses. Overall this looks like only a moderate step up from 2K23. But one huge improvement is that they did get the rights to St. Andrews, and having those iconic courses is a big deal to many players like myself. Overall, for me it's a "buy it on sale someday" game. Though if they added a simpler control option to make it easy for older people to play, I might pay full price if I can buy it for my dad, he loves golf games but can't play a lot of them due to complicated controls.

If they don't have the marker when you stop and go in the green column to hit the ball, then I won't be getting it. The other traditional way is complicated. That's why I always liked EA Sports better!!

Graphics looks awesome besides the actual golfers they kinda look less detailed. Idk but over all looks great.

I hope they fixed most of bad things in previous PGA TOUR, which is, by far, the easiest golf game/sim on the market. Gets boring pretty fast, no challenge.

All I ask is they make the dang rollouts on the green way less and more realistic. 🤞
