thanks for info, where i can order this mask with custome lenses? thanks
Thank you, very helpfull😊
14 years later, is there a "where is Corbin now?" episode?
Where to get?
The lenses hold in the mask only if there is no water in it. Absolutely unsuitable for diving.
Don't understand what you are even trying to say there... It's very suitable for diving. Works great - you must be confused, or didn't watch carefully.
@@ScubaToys Maybe ;-) I would appreciate if the lenses held in the mask!
@@ScubaToys Absolutely unsuitable for diving. The lenses do not hold on to the glass, just a little moisture is enough and the lenses move. Losing is just a matter of a short time.
Ha ha ha. Clever. ;D Informative also!
“Throw away the instructions, because we’re men.” LOL agreed LOL
Lmao, i died when he made that music with the tanks
Wow, could this video be any lower in resolution?
*Love the fit and functionality!!==>**nub.best/kjyw** I use it for everything from swimming laps to snorkeling. Wonderful product!!*
Great video Question please If my SPH is +1.25 for each eye, 0 cyl Since the water magnify vision Would you recommend +1.00 for both eyes. Also my add is +1.75 What reader lense would you recommend please Thank you for your help.
Hi there, I can help with that! I wouldn't recommend changing your power for the water magnification . I would get a 3.00 magnification if you only need the reader lens. Any questions don't hesitate to contact us!
Somebody get him a sandwich and a Gym membership.
Thanks for this. Very informative.
Waist belt s/s buckle direction is wrong. It must be on left line.
great video
Great video!
Thanks for making this.
Your straps look great. I would have bought 3 but your shipping costs to Australia are ridiculous.
good, but belt buckle is on the left not on the right. ciao
Thanks for this, very helpful! Just got an expensive neoprene strap that I have problems getting through the clips
Just take the rest of the air out and tell them you had to take the valve off for transit with it on the plane.
That would only tell you if air was in it. Would not let you know if it was 1000, or 3000 psi.
You can also open the valve let al the air out then u know for sure.
You could bend the hose in half to reduce the air loss. In an emergency you could remove your BC and put the tank valve in front of you so you could turn the valve on to breath and then off until your next breath.
Isolate that hose and use your other one. Because you should not be cave diving at 90 feet without doubles, or at least an h-valve
...there we go, 'mystery solved' regarding what model. Great video BTW. :-)
It's not that it's necessarily "low end" it's simple. Most true tech dir divers do not want chest straps, shoulder pads, Unnecessary d rings, etc. You are just creating failure points. This is standard HOG setup... Obviously if you want more things hanging on it... feel free to add them, but this is the standard tech setup.
This is really a low end model. #1 No chest strap #2 No shoulder pad #3 Only 4 D-rings My guess is that this is Dive Rite model #BC1063
so in theory if both my regs stopped working i could cut the high pressure hose open and breath off that for a while?
MrHimypeeps depends, my hp hose’s air tube is so small even at full pressure cut doesnt have enough pressure to breathe from
1:34-3:07, 5:09-6:34 underwater killing attempts 3:20-4:08 underwater explanation 4:16-4:57 LOL!!!!
is there a procedure to act in this scenario???? not if your buddy cuts your line in a pool lol.... say im 90' and in a cave, meaning i need to make my way out slowly and smoothly.... kink the hose a possibility ?? what about the regulator hose ??? yes i have a pony.... just wandering if its possible to fix for the moment.... i cant afford to chop up gear lol wish i could but cant..... thanks
Can't stop laughin'! Great job guys!
great video with lots of info! thanks for posting!
excellent instructional video. Like the eye candy too!
@LaserSailor87 Thanks for the tips. I agree on the crotch strap placement - it looks like it's be tough to ditch with the crotch on the buckle side.
I wish i had the money to destroy two hoses for the purposes of a video! xD Great video though guys. It was pretty damn funny =D
For some of us, it was always, "Good morning Mr. Briggs."
My dad has a ten pound sledge he hits his bottle with. He says thats the best way to tell if it has air without a guage.
Turns out... not really. You need to lift them off the ground to get them to ring right. I've tried just banging them with a rubber mallet, and it's really not as good.
Cool trick Brochacho. I will have to try it next time i rent tanks. Assume I could get the same result just banging on it?
the song at the end is so funny!
@unumnut -- liquid? compressed gases have weight. Compressed air has 4-6 pounds.
That is some funny stuff!!! I was a Clearance Diver with the Canadian Navy, and have blown a few hp disks, and a few hoses. Gets loud, but never really had an issue. Hope your underwater staff had fun making that. Stay safe. Cheers, B.
thats so werid i just got certified there!
nice vid. very clear
funny guys!
why.
@WillemIIde2 2 stage regs don;t work like that. 1st stage reduces pressure to an intermediate pressure - usually 10-11 bar. 2nd stage then reduces this to ambient pressure. Therefore the air escapes from a blown hose at the intermediate pressure regardless of your actual depth. It is also why you need higher performance regulators for deep diving as most regulators will not work at depths greater than 100m (10 bar)
Yes, but you can simply reach behind you and turn it back on again.
Actually at 100 feet, it is virtually no different in time... Less than 5 second difference.
