ABOSO-FUCKING-LUTELY! I went to his concert in Dallas earlier this month and it was the BEST night ever. The energy in the room, his energy on stage, the entire thing was just a ton of fan. He is also a total goofball on stage and is such a total sweetheart as well. Also, recently, he’s been doing duets and covers with Thomas Day who opens for him and they’re also absolutely fantastic. I mean even if you’re not a fan of him just go for the atmosphere and the energy that is all around you. When I went, I wasn’t even a huge fan, I am now, but I honestly didn’t know what I was getting myself into and then I went, and now I’m completely hooked. Trust me, you will regret not going.

@@urfavaudiogal we got there at 4:45 but we also had early admission. That was the main way we were able to do it. Honestly if you have regular general admissions, good luck. People were literally running through the venue to get barricade. It was chaotic and filled up rather quickly. But this was also out of smaller venue in Dallas and so I don’t know what the other venues look like.

@ajelliott04 I really am serious about trying to purchase these tracks. I am happy to contact your Theater and ask myself. Do you mind sharing the name of the Theater? If it's too weird to give info to a stranger on the internet, I'm happy to chat privately. I am the Music Director for a small college in NC, and am happy to provide credentials. Your video is the first evidence I've been able to find that recordings exist. Since we are doing the show in October, I'm really trying to hunt down these recordings quickly.

@@kathydenbleyker-thomas1194 sure. The theater I did it through is called North Texas Performing Arts. It’s a small community theater in the DFW metroplex.

@@Arkytektt honestly, same. I knew a few of his songs from TikTok since I followed him, but I hadn’t really ever listened to his music other than that. Bit he was absolutely amazing and definitely kicked off the concert in the most amazing way.

@@esther-y1r He is quite literally a bouncy ball on stage and doesn’t stay in one place for very long so pretty much anywhere is a good spot. But I highly recommend if you can and you’re in the pit get early admission. It helps a lot to get a good place at the pit. Also aim more towards the sides of the stage rather than the middle because you have a better chance of being closer to the barricade if you are in the pit. If you have a seat then obviously, stay in the seat you’re assigned to, but I was in the pit and luckily we had early admission, but it got crazy real fast.

I know he had problems selling out the big arenas (due to his team)...how many people do you think there was?

@@ImperialMJG if I remember correctly I think he sold 3000 thickets to this show and the venue could hold a maximum of 8000. This was at The Pavillon at Toyota Music Factory in Dallas, Texas. So he sold a decent amount of tickets.

@@ajelliott04 3000 is good with how they "promoted" the album and that he was "back". If it was promoted how it should have been he would have sold much more. But I agree 3000 is good. Thank you so much for the info 😊

Honestly if I wasn’t close with someone who’s a huge fan of his and had told me that he was coming I honestly wouldn’t have gone to the concert because I wouldn’t have known about it. Luckily a friend of mine is a huge fan of his and knew about it and we were going to the Niall Horan concert the next day and she asked if I wanted to go to this one as well. She already owed me money for the concert, we figured if she got the tickets for this one we would balance each other out, which we did.

@@ajelliott04 EXACTLY! I understand that so well. People still dont know. Luckily Iam a huge fan and knew he is back. But I live in Stavanger, Norway and he isnt going to Norway. So I was thinking of Copenhagen. But thats way to expensive to go to from where I live. Cause there is no direct flights so I will have to land in Oslo and then go with next flight to Copenhagen. THEN I realized that there is direct flights to London from here. Which would make it twice as cheap then Copenhagen. But Iam in a wheelchair so thats a problem. But Iam very mobile, I can walk as long as I can hold on to something. So I talked with the seller of London but wheelchair was sold out, but they told me there was a Seat if I walked 90 (NINETY) steps up. Lol. So thats out of the question also. So seems like Europe is selling well. They even added a second show in Amsterdam. I wish they just had done real promotion. Seems like everything happened to fast. They didnt even manage to make ONE music videos out of the two singles. If you are gonna get views on youtube you need a music video. Thats what makes people take notice and it could have blown up and woken everyone again. So that really sucks. And now they could make a music video with footage of the shows like many do. But I doubt they will even do that.

I didn’t. I still think I was ROBBED of playing this role. I was in the show, but I was just in the ensemble. I sobbed when I found out I didn’t get this role. I was totally crushed. I actually almost dropped out the show, because decided not to.

@@ValpCreates Oh. That makes more since. I know one of the guys who is playing the Delancey’s but I don’t know who the second one is off the top of my head. Also, it’s kind of hard to explain who they are because there are so many people on stage during this part of the song.

I KNOW RIGHT! I was completely blown away the first time I saw it.

It was incredibly special. I am actually Jewish, so I’m not the biggest fan of Christmas songs/Christmas albums but if Aaron released a Christmas album, I would download it in a heartbeat. This is actually my first time seeing one of his concerts live. So, it was incredibly special for me. I forgot to take a photo with him which I still can’t get over the fact that I met him because I’ve literally been over him for like a year now, so it was such an incredibly special night so many things were just amazing

honestly, i think this may be a metaphor for how crutchie dreams of a better place. cause if you noticed, the other kid in the refuge hits his LEG, bringing him back to the reality that he is trapped (i hope this makes sense lol)

like this isn't crutchie ACTUALLY standing, more of a representation of his hopes and aspirations

He pulls himself up with his arms and doesn't put much weight on his "bad" leg. I feel like when the other kid punched him, he should have acted like it hurt, though.

I’m a huge fan of Newsies and been in it twice myself so I wouldn’t have been able to live with myself if I didn’t record all the songs. 😂😂😂

@@ajelliott04 - Well, I went and saw all of the musical pieces and was so blown away with the strength of the vocals. Matthew Richards Jr. is SENSATIONAL !!! I Loved the choreography but it will always be Christopher Gattelli's choreography that makes the show for me, He and I are friends and I just LOVE his work. However, I was very impressed with the dancers and their commitment to their work. Crutchy's letter from the refuge almost brought me to tears when he delivers the closing lines of the letter. I wish I could see you in the show. I'm sure you were awesome. Happy New Year.
