This was a show that brought tears to grown men. Real men... not the average modern simps and betas... real men. When Clarkson reflected on his career and how lucky he had been... it was tears of Triumph. The man had a dream, and created for himself one of the most fulfilling existences ever witnessed. I was proud for the man, not jealous, sincerely proud. The tears for the end of the show didn't come until the final scene. Watching the full circle play out, their younger selves approaching the same tree at the start of the journey against the old men who returned. It was the most perfect ending to a wonderful and treasured tv show I have ever seen.

The first time i saw these 3 was in 2008. It was a re-run of TopGear season 3 Episode 5 with "The Indestructible Toyota Hilux" It was the very first shot where the camera panned down from a red brick building to the truck itself. Ever since that day as a 5 y/o, of course i was hooked. My Top 5 Clarson, Hammond and May moments. 1- The Indestructible Toyota (S 3 EP-5-6) 2- Trying to beat the STIG (S 18 EP1) 3- F1 Legend Jackie Stewart teaches Captain Slow how to drive (S8 EP5) 4- Jim Clark Tribute 5- Top Gear Festival Sydney, as I was there.

I finally started crying when "Brothers in arms" started playing. And did not stop till much later, stopping only for a short laugh at May deleting the numbers... It's been a wonderful ride!

As a man, I found the ending quite emotional. These men, particularly Clarkson, have carved their own path in life. Love him or hate him... the man took his passion and earned fame, glory and wealth. It was a life well lived and a show that was far more than cars.

I watched this yesterday. It was both brilliant and horrible. Truly the end of an era.

The colour scheme of the Subarus was because the race team were sponsored by British-American Tobacco, who were trying to promote one of their 'heritage' brands, 555 State Express, particularly in the far east. The colours of that brand are blue and gold.

This is such a new millennial view of the movie. The whole point of the movie is that he’s not in it alot. He needs to be summoned, which people DO NOT want to do. Also, the story of the first is anything but messy. It’s tight and to the point. Beetlejuice is in this film only a few minutes more than the first.

James May has another series on Prime called "Our Man In...". He's done two seasons worth, the first being in Japan and the second in Italy, pretty solid show. Incidentally, James won this special hands down. Not only was his car *by far* the least appropriate for a road trip through Central Europe, I almost fell out of my chair when Hammond started working his turn signals. 🤣

Well, after seeing you completely cut out all the scenes of Sarah going to school, the watch shop and most of her at the neighbors house, I had to stop watching, unfortunately. I had no hope for the rest of the episodes important content.

Great reason guys. Nearly all of the filming was done in Canada. I think only a couple of scenes were filmed in Kansas City. And you were right, Nico Parker who played Sarah is Thandiwe (formerly Thandie) Newton and she was in Dumbo (live action) I believe. I also believe her and Pedro deserve all the awards lol. Did you all sign up for the rewards card when you first come into the casino? Then you put that card in on each machine you play to build up reward and bonus points. The Border casino is the only casino I have seen that does not have cards. But you can win good there too.

Good post. You were very lucky on chasing those diamonds. Do not chase them. The majority of the time you will put a lot of money in them and then when and if you get the last diamond it will only pay 60 or 120 credits. It is okay to play a diamond machine just do not chase them, play for what you can win without them. My favorite machines are Polar High Roller, and King of Coin. The border casino just down the road from Winstar has a lot of good machines too. It is the first exit after the Red River bridge, you can also get to Winstar on the access road. I like both casinos. IF you hit a jackpot at either casino and request it, they will hold the taxes for you. You can record at both casinos. Take care and have a great New Years.
