Dear guys, I want to share my experience, I got a job as a security officer on the ferry gnv majestic and spent four months on board the ship and here's what I want to tell you, the food for the crew is like for dogs, you can really ruin your health here, one washing machine for a hundred people of the crew, in the cabin from two to four people, the crew does not speak English at all, the officers from the bridge are Italians, they behave like the kings of the world and do not respect other nationalities, but at the same time they are very stupid and do not speak English, for me this was the first and last contract in this wonderful company

So cool you got to go to a Hofbrauhaus in Germany! It's one of the worlds oldest restaurant chains and they have at least one location in certain cities. They built one near East St Louis a few years ago and that was a huge mistake. Been there a couple times and it was alright but now they are on life support.

We took a hosted walking tour of Amsterdam, it was awesome. The guide worked for tips, we gave him €80, and didn't feel shortchanged. Agreed, Amsterdam is a 2 day town, minimum. We were there in 2016, it's an incredibly powerful feeling to stand on ground concencrated by the blood of patriots. I think every American (who can, of course ) should visit here.

Love me some Spandau Ballet (well, just that one song as you mentioned)! I've seen parts of the Berlin Wall in at least two places back in America. One time I watched a documentary and people that lived (and still live) on the former border still have portions of the wall in their backyard! Would make a great historical decoration I guess
