Actually, there are 4 bolts that have to be removed to get the rail to be removed. If you have not already put the injector back in already, Put the clip on the injector first. Once you put a little oil on the o-ring of the injector, you can actually push the injector and snap it back in place after aligning the flat side of the clip with the flat side of the rail's receiving socket. I learned this easier method, but learned in the hard way. When removing the injectors, you only need to twist the injector until the clip disconnects.

If you get many of the extended cranking scenarios (separate from changing an injector), look up the fuel relay issue. I was getting issues with extended cranking and the Vertical Visions piece (that goes in the TIPM fuse box) has seemed to fix it.
