Dr Rachel you're amazing. I've been a little concerned getting ready for a new kitten in my home. I live in a tiny home with a precious 5 yr old little dog that I was asked to rescue a year ago. A little over 2 yrs ago I lost my beloved fur companion and thought that's all my heart can take after a lifetime of loving pets and eventual loss. Well your heart opens up again. Turning 70 during this season of change in the world I was accepting my life as is. A neighbor couple's cat had kittens & asked if I'd like a kitty. I was happy to see them but said no. After a few weeks I said yes. I've been visiting. I stopped by my vet's office to check on cost of exam, vaccines, tests, deworming etc. It's a little overwhelming adding to the care of my present boy but when there's a will there's a way. Am slowly getting items needed as I watch videos and am sorting through all the advice on food & litters. Thank you for the wealth of information you share with such a caring heart. 💕🙏

Much needed discussion with open & honest dialogue!!! This discussion was very loving towards the police which is so important in this current climate; we want to publicly recognize that majority of Police Officers are here to protect & serve but similar to every profession there are bad apples. The new bill which will hold officers to higher accountability standards will hopefully bring about necessary change. I have a deep level of respect for the Mayor & Police Chief. UNITY the key to bringing all Americans together with love. Hats off to Bloomfield Library
