An Abandoned Barris Kustom '72 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Hearse in Hollywood
A cause for some concern, this apparently-abandoned Barris Kustom Hearse was seen parked and collecting an incredible amount of dust down on the bottom level of the Hollywood & Highland parking garage in Hollywood, California. As nearly as I can tell, it has been down there for almost two months, possibly longer. It seems as if someone just parked it, locked it, and walked away.
Of course it was only a matter of time before weekend revelers started drawing inappropriate images in the dust, so yeah, there are things like "horizontal bowling pins" on the hood.

While the front hints at BMW, the rear tells me this is a Jaguar prototype. The interior is indicative of neither as far as I can tell. Of course, I could be wrong either way. What do you think?...

Headline is deceiving... nothing original about this Range Rover... its so modified. Different engine, gearbox, wheels, suspension lift.... 🤷♂️

Back in the late 70s I worked at a big Truck stop at the intersection of i65 and a little dinky road number 84 and I fueled up Semi trucks and great big buses and one night I filled one up and in real small letter's on it it said THAT LITTLE OLE BAND FROM TEXAS and i knew who it was but I didn't get to see any of them !

Holy crap.. I just realized that's the Barris crest.. The one who created the iconic 60s Batmobile, the munster koach, dragula, the monkeys gto and many other iconic cars.. Now I am really curious about this car
DarthAmerind I called the Barris Kustoms office today and left a message and I have people going down to the Highland and Hollywood parking garage to find out if it's still there if it's in abandoned vehicle I will do my best to obtain it and send you some of the parts you want but you're going to have to send me some parts to maybe a casket for my other hearse

Barris had nothing to do with the Monkey Mobile , that was the work of Dean Jefferies .

High Automobiety lots of things different, wrong wheels and tyres, different paint, stock Ford steering wheel and dashboard, the trunk lid has a spare wheel moulding, the fins and tailights.
