Amazing Experience at Global Festival 2024 in Seoul, South Korea 🌍
I recently had the chance to attend the 2024 Industrial Linage Festival for Global Leaders in Seoul, along with three other Master’s students from AIT-Neha Dahal, Utkarsh Poudel, and Abhinash Uprety. This event helped us learn a lot about global leadership, sustainability, and innovation.
The festival was held at Hanyang University, and its theme was connected to Seoul Vision 2030, which focuses on making the city a more sustainable and competitive place. We worked with young leaders from many countries, sharing ideas and learning from each other through leadership training, industry visits, and conferences.
A special part of the festival for me was working with a mixed-culture team to develop a marketing strategy for mpWave’s ClearSense Audio. This app is designed to help people hear better in noisy environments. The project challenged me to think about different markets and cultural differences, which made it a great learning experience. Presenting our work to judges and professors was a proud moment for me.
The whole event was inspiring, especially hearing from global leaders like Atty. Maria Leonor Robredo, former Vice President of the Philippines. I also enjoyed the cultural activities, making new friends, and trying delicious Korean food.
This experience has been a big step in my global leadership journey, and I’m excited to bring what I’ve learned back to AIT.
