No one’s perfect! I strive for progress, not perfection. Over the past year and 1/2, I have lost over 60 lbs. and many inches. I have gained energy and wisdom. I have ditched some bad habits and created healthier ones in their place. I will share tips, recipes, gardening, mistakes, success, etc. as I continue with this forward momentum.
