    I think the capability of the HR leader is also key. We know that HR has a deficit dilemma. They are never thought to have business acumen unlike Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing people. Unless HR leaders become more agile and converse well on the business, the journey to be strategic partners will be very challenging.

    This topic is so important for anyone looking to build or maintain employee engagement for themselves or their employees. The guest did an excellent job giving practical strategies for finding the right balance for both managers and employees.
