Tbh 10 minutes for a week long wear is really good. Shein lashes are so pretty. I haven’t tried their cluster lashes yet but I’m going to give them a go. Do the lashes irritate your eyes at any point because you install them under your lash line?

Honestly, progress no matter how small is still progress. At this point I would suggest not focusing as much on the number on the scale but how you feel and look. Also definitely take the time you need to recharge. Stress in general makes it harder to lose weight. You will feel so much better after you’ve taken time off. You’ll come back better and stronger ❤

Hey sis, congratulations and you look amazing. You are an inspiration. I am 5 weeks post op and have lost 13,2 kg my highest weight was 128kg ❤. I truly enjoy your content, keep up the good work.

I’ve watched this video at least 5 times in the past month for motivation to see where I’ll possibly be in that timeframe and to remind myself that this journey is not a race. I’m 1 month post op and though my weight loss is slow it’s more progress than I’ve seen in years. Thanks so much for your videos it truly helps me put things into perspective on those days when I question why haven’t I lost more weight. I’ve realised it’s always going to be progress over perfection. Most importantly, I’m glad for where I am today and grateful I’m not where I was at the beginning of this journey.
