The car racing sequences are of Brooklands race circuit at Weybridge in the mid thirties-Brooklands was the first purpose built race circuit in the world. The last scene is of the city of Guildford looking down the High Street towards the river Wey.

The film must be fake, I've seen videos of Manchester from an hundred years ago on the BBC, they look nothing like this, all police chiefs were brought in from Africa or the Caribbean, I'm not sure if a doctor was in the film but they were all from overseas as well not to mention at least a third of the people in the film.
