Which rental did you use?
Hi Mia! When we went in 2018, we used Northbound to find a car from Lagoon Car Rental. The only issue we had was that we didn't check the condition of the tires before we left and ended up getting a flat because they were very warn out. We were able to find a tire shop and get some new tires and the company reimbursed us for the cost.

We also stayed at an A frame cabin in Utah and loved it. We didn’t have the off road vehicle though, great idea for next time.

I’m sorry this was the impression you got. We didn’t get many shots inside because it is very small. With the equipment we had at the time it was hard to get a good shot. We decided to focus on the fabulous views that this location has to offer. If you would like to see more of the interior, there is a link in the description for the listing on Airbnb with some really great photos.
I like the fact that even if there's nothing special about the place you went to, you still had a great time. Im subscribed for more adventures!

Here is the location for Hippie Pond [Lake]: 18°14'48.5"N 65°47'09.6"W You can also plug in Charco El Hippie into Google Maps and it will take you to the free parking area which is a short walk from the swimming are/rope swings. On the way there you will pass Casa Parcha. You may need to ask for permission to enter her property to see the petroglyphs.
