Well, Emaar are fraud promoter developer, had given so much mental harassment to its buyers in Phase I Indore greens, by hugely delayed possession, still not given, nor honoured RERA provisions to pay interest compensation for delay period to them, illegally, thus forcing them to approach RERA MP. So, don't buy their property, as they are cheaters.
