Pinnacle Converting Equipment and Services, LLC designs and builds custom and standard converting machines. These machines include slitter rewinders, sheeting machines, core cutting machinery, and custom machinery. This VSR 60″ Shear Slitting Machine is a custom machine built to handle large rolls. The machine shown here slits material using the shear cutting technique, rewinds onto 12″ diameter cantilevered differential shafts, and unloads the slit rolls automatically to reduce operator handling

2015 Perforating Sheeting Machine

This machine is a version of our EZ Sheeter with a rewinding module that allows an operator to rewind material that is has been perforated. The blade on this machine can be changed to convert material into sheets using a travelling crosscut or perforate using a perforation blade and reroll.
