First youll want to see if you can get picture to an external display. If that works... Could be a bad connection between the board and the display. Check both sides, look for signs of corrosion / shorting. I cant tell in the video if there is backlight coming on the display if so, definitely check or replace aforementioned cable. If thats not working the panel could be toast. If even that doesnt work than it very well might be a fault on the board around or at that display connection point on the board
