Terrible design, those pins should be on a little teather so you dont lose them
Now, picture doing this in the dark during a snowstorm. Because you know that's when you'll blow one.
Pure engineering design defect. You have to be a fool to pay for such horrible design.
You afraid of this set up? I'm a big fan of the bolt-in secondary spreader. And another two little screws doesn't worry me. Practice makes perfect.
These covers are junk dont waste your money handle bar went through the one side other side strap ripped of

It's not too bad, but certainly not as easy as previous model years.
Just picked up a prowler pro crew from a dealer locally. Put the a/c and heat kit in and and the dfk hard cab kit . Absolutely a game changer . Such a quiet machine !

To change your belt you're gonna wanna rip out some foam, buy and make your own tools. Also have a tetanus shot and some gauze ready, cuz you will bleed from the sharp parts. Other than that, it's just great.

Tool less panel/hood removal but now need tools to replace belt. 😂 but carrying one extra tool is no biggy.
That T tool sure does make life a little easier when changing the belt 😊

$16K + for a snowmobile and they don't supply all the tools necessary to change a belt?? I'm a Cat guy (own 6 right now, 16 total over the years) but this is just ridiculous ! Supply the damn tools.
They do supply the 1 tool required to change a belt, however we have found it makes the process a bit easier with the T25 tool to remove the 2 screws and loosen the side panel. Cat stopped issuing a "tool kit" a few years ago.

The gray colored piece is already rotated to the rear that protects the panel from the clutch, did you address this? It allows more space to remove the belt after rotation.
Great point, you can see that I did rotate it back at the end however I did not mention it. Thanks for bringing this up.
Excellent video! When reinstalling the belt, one thing I like to do on my 21 Riot is jiggle the belt as I unscrew the clutch tool. That makes it a little easier to get the belt to slide up the sheaves and get it nice and tight.

Definitely not a fan of the blue. Would love to see an orange color again someday but I like the green a little more then the black. The red riot also looks nice

I put 75 miles on Saturday. And that seat is not comfortable. Im not a fan of the foot sturrups. Its extremely quick but definitely not fast.

Not worth buying no power on the low end

@MichaelFindlay-ek1ei we see all makes and models in our shop regularly. We work on them and test them. Comparatively, we think the cf moto 110 is in the top of its class.
I have a 2022 kfx 90 an a 2002 Polaris scrambler 90 an they are both have more power then the 2023 cfmoto cforce 110 the motor is week we'll built chasy motor sucks
