Wow that's a really touching story. I'm glad you found meaning in your life. For most people, meaning is never something they ever get to experience which is just sad. It shouldn't take nearly dying to realize that we live without thinking and often carry on with our lives on autopilot and never crave anything more than routine. Meaning comes to us in many ways. Whether it be through religion, friends, family, careers, physical health and fitness, art, or something else. We all deserve to have something meaningful in our lives. I know this was posted almost a decade ago so you might not even see this but just in case you do I wanted you to know that this video touched somebody and was worthwhile.
