FRI 1/7/99 Part 1 Louis Rukeyser 1999 Money Guide
Ive got a lot on tapes as well. I was in my teens. I would stay up late and fall asleep to the music. Wish they would bring it back. 88.1 In Chattanooga
Thank you for posting this show. I was there, after just turning 17. I did like their music at that point. The next year, and ever since, The Cure became powerful for me.
This is my dad's band my dad I julian bijsmans
Thank you, you're awesome for sharing this!! I heard this the night it came out. I think Stephen broadcast it from San Francisco. What beautiful memories.
Was there 39 years ago… still one of the best shows ever seen.
I was there too. It’s cool finding this recording.
Nothing better than 70 and 80s
I have been looking for this special for years. I first saw this on PBS and recorded it on cassette tape and listened to it over and over. I first got interested in swing music as a teenager when ska music was popular in the late 90's. Thanks for uploading this.
Not as good as the original Embers once were.
I can't believe it still exists. I hadn't thought of this for 30 years. My deepest thanks to you.
Carolyne Heldman. Wow.
In credible! Love this show
Do you know the name of the song at 1:10:45 on this recording?
That is a very good question I unfortunately don't have an answer for. I just went into my UA-cam Studios to check if there was a copyright claim for that track and surprisingly there is no copyright claim during the time the song plays. With it being an instrumental also means no way to search lyrics. I'll pin your comment in case somebody else might recognize it.
“Treasure Chest” by Yoshitaka Azuma, 1987
@@KJCMuzique Thanks, that was a quick answer
I usta LOVE Hardcore TV 😂
How is Rue Bharb these days?
News from Lake Wobegon starts at 13:03
Hello. I'm afraid I've got problems similar to your's. Have you got anything about the Paramount HCS5300 receiver(amplifier) and HCD2000 DVD player?. ¿and their service manuals? Regards
First track is "Let's Get It Over With" written by Nina Ossoff and Kathy Sommer. Second track is "Bonafide" written by Nina Ossoff, Kathy Sommer, and Mark Godwin.
MISSING O THAT COMPANY THAT WAS TO WHAT IT KOME'S OUT LIKE NOW. ⛰️🌏🏞️🌫️🚀
I was one of the instructors
Nothing but…Rim.
❤
I love this show
Theme song please 🙏
As you wish!!❤
Sucks... too many censored videos.
Especially for people like Terrence Trent D'arby. Not exactly a memorable musician.
I wonder how much money that Freddy Krueger phone line made.
Trux fans unite!
Es automática esa bandeja directo drive pero la mayoría no funciona que es lo que se daña el micro??

Thanks for posting this. Do you have any more? I'm especially interested in territorial spirits.
Is there a tape 1? Where did u find this?
@@Xxkxkdkkskxxk I do not have tape 1, I found this in an eBay lot of tapes being sold as tapes for arts and crafts
@chris are they’re any left from your collection? I’d love some I still have a record player and tape that I use frequently hope to hear back from you soon. Thanks!
loved this show. so yankee, since i am one, lol, between this and Hearts of space. the station i listened to was a local pvt one, WICN. (public) the station is still going strong
i had recorded this one from the radio, back when they made them so where as you could do that, was fun
I had recorded some too back then
Why are some of the videos blurred out?
He’s the main reason I picked up the accordion! Still have one!
I came for the tunes, I stayed for the potential of Weird Al
I grew up with this channel in the US, listening to it with my mama. Fiona's voice and the music always makes me feel like I'm home
I was so connected to HOS back in the day, on minute 27:36, what song is this one? I never thought I'd hear it again, what's the name of the artist and song please, thank you
Memories of my recently passed father and the many weekend car rides too no point in particular. Thank You 🍀
Some gems on here. Thanks for uploading. Was this a compilation or a radio program? Would love to try to track down song credits but coming up empty
This was one of a handful of tapes that I believe were demo recording from projects being worked on by the late soul songwriter, producer, and recording engineer Clay McMurray. They all came from a lot that I bought on eBay listed as tapes for arts and crafts as is. I discovered a few finished versions of some tracks on the album "Have A Heart" by "Different Shades Of Brown" from 2006 open.spotify.com/album/1BNjEmd6FKR2o27FI7MKoa?si=TTLQtL5LQRSICLvV7vw3tA
I'll be damned, I actually recorded this exact episode from the radio on the exact same cassete tape back in the day, lol.
HAHA
Great minds think alike...
Bless you and your comment. My house just burned down last weekend, and I needed some music just now for strength. Much love.
Awesome performance and quality sound guys. Yep...I love Beach Music... ain't no mistake. wink-wink
I really want a lathe cutter. 😢 do you still have this?
Thank you. Love the thumbnail.
No longer a Christian but damn this music still cooks!
Dang, that's such a cool looking tape.
