I can't think of a better opening acoustic guitar riff.
Pat Ramsey on harmonica! RIP ❤🕊️🖖🏻
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I bought this album decades ago after seeing the live show on public television. Such a great show.
SO FRIGGIN GREAT !!!
Besides the music, this is best recorded rock live album regarding audio quality. Phantastic engineer(s).
love this
Little Feat #17 on the Rock Charts internationally!🎉😅😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Very good children! Spot quiz at the end of the hour...😊
I saw Feat 6 times. Every band lineup was Totally Tremendous. One concert was Feat and The Doobs.
Dr.Ilja Lasaroff.Bulgarien.
Oh my!
“I’m stabbing Chester!”
Phenomenal guitar playing by the master of his craft, Mr. Larry Coryell. R.I.P.
What a song!
Braw
Wonderful way of bringing Country and Western in the music
Stunning. I miss you, Lowell😢❤
I had bought and loved a few Joan records... but then I saw her live and heard this song for the first time. The performance blew me away. Had to go out and buy her live album the next day as needed to hear this song again and again and again. Fond memories.
酒場放浪記のエンディング曲ではBad Bad Whiskey及びOne Scotch, One Bourbon, One Beerは人気があるのに、何故かこの曲だけ人気がない。気の毒な曲です。
This music just never gets old!
"Day at the dog races and "Time loves a hero" were a new genre in the mid to late 70s. They were very popular when I was living in New Orleans in 1977.
...shoulda been around in the early 70s when the Feat were just gettin' started on their journey. First saw the Feat in '74 at Auburn University if I recall the year correctly and been hooked on their tunes ever since. New Orleans shoulda been a great music scene in the mid-70s.
Hey there Loss. Yea LF
Let's see the the go goes are in there. Go figure.
I'm near sighted with bad astigmatism and color blind can't tell the difference between green and yellow. Blew out my ears going to the M 60 machine gun range without earplugs. But I got some of it back and I only waste on hearing my grand kids play and rock like this.
The first and most original Jam band. (I fuckin hate cocaine)
This song kinda reminds me of the Greatful Dead
I was ten years old when I started listening to little feat I really had no say I'm the matter . My brother is five years older we both play the drums . anyway I think little feat is and always will be the greatest band ever I'm now 58 in Little feat will rock forever
Same age for me, ‘bout 50 years ago. Feats Don’t Fail Me Now was my older brother’s 8 track. ..
71 here and still think Little Feat is one of the all time great bands, that coming from a true Alman Brothers devotee.
Very good 👍😊😊
yeah!!!!
Love it!!!
Music is therapy for your soul😎
Early on, Seen um Twice! Fantastic!
❤
Decorating, moving furniture around, painting a pic for a gf's b-day present while listening to u guys again! Thx u for making my life even More awesome!!!
Love live LOVE this song! When I was 18yrs old i took the train $185. To BC. All I listened to was Little Feat. And going through The Rockies Mountains up in the Sky Doom windows, i will Never forget! Awesome time music by u guys ! Best EVEEErrrr! Xx
Is this live...or, is it Memorex? Neither, It's ART in its purest elemental form! As ethereal as any of the periodic elements in their gaseous state. Look away and it's gone. Fare thee well Lowell George!
One of the greatest bands of all time. Had this tape when living overseas and on an island heaven. The ole Palm frond roofed disco, lol that’s what it was called, had a DJ and allowed me to play Fat man in the Bathtub full blast. It was awesome
The best road music
It sure was!!
@@bonniephillips8794 still is!
I don't speak Spanish. ( need to learn ) but I understand everything Carlos Santana is saying. God love him because I sure as shit do
Aged17, hitch hiked 300 miles to watch the Feat in Manchester, England in 77. Had my ticket lifted out my jacket pocket playing pool. Begged for a ticket outside and bought one just as they called to close the doors outside the Palace Theatre. One of the best nights of my life. The greatest band I've ever heard. Lowell George you broke my heart.
I literally found this album im my backyard. Someone flung it. no idea why but thank you kindly!
Perhaps, or perhaps it was just there.
@@TheCrappyZipper Left there by...Aliens from outer space somewhere in the Ur-anus neighborhood. (Or not.)
70's in the Twin Cities was magical, but so was Fargo, Moorhead. Missed the war a month after I graduated 75 high school. Thank God, whatever that he or she is! Believe whatever, love whoever
Love her voice
Thanks so much for helping me find an old favourite!!!
Yes, time does love a hero.

Over fifty years later, and it _still_ sounds great.
Thank you so much on behalf of Genya, myself, and all of us on both sides of the glass. We all made real music in those days. Real musicians worked, rehearsed and created music together. Then we went into the studio and recorded it together. It wasn't one synth player doing all the parts including working a drum machine, and a "vocalist" through auto-tune, auto-pitch devices and such so it would sound like she/he could actually sing. Our music had soul and feel and it swung like hell. We made it so. It was another world, a better one and much missed. Maybe we'll get back to it someday when the kids refuse to accept the crap that they're getting fed, but I see/hear no chance of that happening very soon. Thanks again. It's nice to know that what did is appreciated.
✌️🙂❤️🇺🇲
Hey fellow mason! I'm just finishing up a stone hobbit castle in the Mt Hood wilderness. Yeah, man...ROCKIN' OUT ! ;-)
In my opinion the most under-appreciated band in history, Absolutely first class musicians and song writing top to bottom. A great live band which, to me, is the mark of excellence in any group. Saw them in 1978 for $8 and it was fantastic. Saw them in Feb of this year and they are still fantastic in their new formulation. Do NOT miss them if you get a chance to see them live !
Amen!
Damn straight!
Like Danny Gatton excellent musicianship
Seen them several times in the early 70's! One time Pablo Cruise was the opening act! Good times and.... I can still remember them!
@@michaelhorozko2347 lucky you!!!
