Thank you so much. This video was so helpful after ten years of upload XD.
How to get R2 without intercept?
Thanks this is gold 🏅😊
Thank you for your expertise in math because it was so hard to understand how to do this calculation and you have broken it down flawlessly and I completely understand it now. Many blessings to you. Thanks
What does the r and r^2 represent is it th sam as correlation
I’m an art student, currently taking a statistics class bc its required. Math has always been my biggest weak point, to the point that i have genuine anxiety over it. I’m studying for my statistics final now & the way you broke this formula down made it so simple. everything makes sense now. You just saved me hours of studying & frustration. Thank you!
This was very helpful. Thank you!
well expained
It is a skill to make it seem so simple in 15 minutes. Thank you very much. Cramming for my AP Stats exam 9 years later!
thank you thank you thank youuu
Thanks alot
Thank fuck for this video omfg
Really amazing 🙃
Watching all the way to the end and she starts using the calculator and I couldn’t see what she typed in. The bummer is, r= is what I wanted to see. Ugh!
Amazing, I was so lost, but this covers everything I need.
Really nice explanation. thanks
Thanks for the help! I really needed this 👌👍
thank u sooo much it was perfect I learned it
Gw org Indonesia:")
Thank you very much Erika!! Hopefully you will make videos for every math concepts used in datascience as well.
Thank you so much (: helped alot
Thanks a lot!
So grateful to you. I've been studying for more than an hour now and in less than 15 minutes you made this problem so easy for me to understand. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain this step by step.
Ty this helped me study for my math state test ❤️
is each dot on the scatterplot an x and y, you used to add everything on the first long line?
Hi Erika, great video, you're gifted :-) can you post the entries of your TI-83 Plus? I can't see the final entries to arrive at the R. I have (7*18458*678-166)/(√ (7*67892-678^2)*√(7*6768-166^2) but I get a different figure than 0.94856
jordan kids like this
what is y here ? is it dependent variable ?
Awesome!! I got 100% thanks a lot
Great! Thank you!
uridhara well done i love you
Dear,Erika Malinoski My name is yohanes and am from Ethiopia. I am one of your videos learner, the way how you explain and discuss every video is great. keep it up !! Please !
thank you, this helped a lot!
Hi! Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just a student who's learning and I would like to understand if we would arrive at the same answer if we were to use the formula for 'r' as CovAB/S.D of A * S.D of B
what if you get an r value over 1?
u will get mistake cuz cant exeeds 1 ever
nice job
very good
wow i literally learned this in 15mins and can't learn any thing in 2hr 30mins of my professor's summer class... thanks a lot.
You're welcome!
Yahhhh v easy
Coz here , r formula is not explained how it comes in picture that's y it's some what easy 😂.
we're in 2017 and she's in 3456 (date at top of page)

thnx'
I really want to give you a big hug right now! Thank you! Ive been struggling on this one problem for 3 hours, and finally decided to look up a video and you made it so clear and easy! Thank you so much!
I don't know who you are or where you are, but i will find you, and I'll give you THUMBS UP!
LOL! I recorded these for my Intro to Stats students a couple years ago when I flipped my classroom.
2 minutes of this video answered more than 1 hour of my trying to figure it out from reading my textbook and looking at examples.
