Whilst I found your videos very useful for what type of answers to give, I do think it’s more important to be yourself instead of spending our time focusing on the structure of our answers, as time is money! I think as long as we get our point across, that’s the main thing. I’m still glad I found your videos, as they really did help me a lot! Thanks again.

I've got my CASPer test coming up in a week, your videos have been really helpful in preparing! Are you guys applying that same structure to every question within a scenario? I noticed on the CASPer practice test that for both the video and written based prompts the types of questions varied greatly yet at the same time seemed to cover similar ground. For example for a scenario about your friend considering dropping from sports team one question would ask "what should your friend do?" Another question would ask "should your friend quit the team?"

Used your channel's advice for my casper exam for med school applications and did really well!. Now I am back here for your help with MMI prep! Your channel is really good and I appreciate all the genuine and honest advice that you guys give! I hope your channel goes viral. So I can either be completely dishonest, or I will never pass this "exam". Participation trophies are an insult to all involved. There, I said it. Someone who is not pulling their weight should be well aware that they are not. They should explain/give possile reasons, I am not their mom. I would do the extra work, and make sure I would never work with this person again. Friend asking for favors I cannot help with should understand when I say I cannot help and respect my boundaries. This "exam" is teaching people to be phonies.

I believe that the awarding of students who exemplify exceptional academic excellence is a good motivation and great thing for children to strive towards to achieve. I also believe that children who work incredibly hard and their achievements are not validated by being awarded an award may be discouraged. Therefore I believe that awards should be given out however the perspective in which they are achieved should be grounded in children as not being a testament to their hard work. And instead just a acalade.

I would invite this specific member of the team for a private casual chat in a non-confrontational and non-judgemental manner. I would ask about the wellbeing of my colleague out of genuine curiosity and concern. I would then state that I have noticed an unequal distribution of the work between parties of the project which has caused a decline in moral. I suggest methods to help this individual contribute more. I would thank my other team members for their contributions so far and inform them othat I have spoken with the member of the team whilst also maintain discretion if the content of the conversation
