What a terrible waste of machinery and metal. The mill's a lathes alone would be so wonderful to put in the hands of miachinists or even schools. The planes would be collectors pieces. I know, she outlived her service time, but, damn! I wonder if she carries any radioactivity from the two H bomb tests?

My dad was a Gunners Mate on the Sara. Wish he could see this now!

My Father was a shipfitter and diver off the Saratoga. Hie of course is gone now, I wished he could have seen this. He was one of the crew that was attached to the Atom Bomb tests at Bikini Atoll, and as a shipfitter, was one of the first on after all the CrossRoads tests, which unfortunately led to his Cancer and death.

Great that the ww2 warships are given life albeit thru a camera lens but...as I'm unable to connect with the dive experience. can some map referance be showing the diver's position relative to the area filmed? Lady Lex and other recently downloaded film are quit interesting but for more referancing purpose a "pop-up like" item can offer simple factual statement's. Whereas my own laymans knowledge is not eluminating the benifitual message. But outstanding vid nonetheless.

My Dad was aboard from 43 all the way to the end at Bikini he often regaled us with stories of the great ship and the daring do of the gallent crew (both in battle with the Imperial Japanese Military and drunken barroom brawls with marine and allies alike) to see this footage and compare it with his stories and pictures is very rewarding I can almost hear his voice once again

And also...sorry for this message since I JUST wrote one already lol so i HOPE you see them BOTH...what I mean by showing information on the specific wreck your diving...like..if ya see a plane...show the information on WHAT type of aircraft it is or what section of ship you may be in ECT....sometimes I'm "PISS POOR" at explaining things so I HOPE yet again lol that you understood what I meant lol..regardless...NICE DIVE PEOPLE KEEP IT UP AND THE VIDEOS COMING THE BEST YA CAN!!!

Yo...in the next video you do...you should TOTALLY INCLUDE information during the video above the wreck your diving at the time. I was expecting it lol but it never came hehe...but I think it would help with viewing and whatnot...people like to see SILENT information at the bottom of the screen while the dive is taking place...but GREAT VIDEO ALL THE SAME love this stuff and YOU THE DIVERS that are BRAVE enough to go in sometimes SHARK INFESTED WATERS lol..

Судя по тому,что даже банки и посуда на своих местах и не биты,авианосец плавно вертикально сел на дно.Глядя подобные съёмки,представляешь,сколько истории лежит на дне.И эта история постепенно исчезает.Причём,безвозвратно.И это противоестественно.И о бренности мирского:одни вложили гигантскую массу мозгов,труда,денег в подобное,а другие,тоже вложив мозги,труд и деньги,отправили это в небытие.По сути-идиотизм...
