Kw?
Wow 👍🏻
Why are you standing there
Gonna need some good brakes.
You need this on a drone 😂😂😂😂😂😂
nice sounds 😃 👍👍👍👍👍
Wondering if a half dozen of them will lift a passenger or 2 and fly like a drone? The new car type drones
The good stuff.
Rpm?
Wow
Dude! Just put some wings an a tail on the table an save some time! 🤣
Meh, needs more power😎
"How did you get that hole in the roof?" "Don't ask"
Maybe don't attempt crosswind landings?
freak me out, powaa
My God man. Sounds somewhat like turbine powered aircraft, and just as dangerous.
That’s some stuff right there. 😎
That's a lovely piece of kit!😊
Please tell me where I can buy one of these
Not quite half he says, 😮 i was already thinking dang, that thing is booken. Full throttle must be insane. How many RPM is it at the not quite half way?
should he a nice p/w ratio 😂👌
That’s a beautiful spinner/air screw!
So I’m confused my 5”drone could push or pull that table😂😂😂😂😂
Thats so cool!
Starts pondering the motor on an electric bike. 🤔
That should propell something very well
Why a rubber belt? It's not a vacuum cleaner
it basically is. there is no silencer, cylinderhead, fueltank... that is more of a vacuum then anything else.
Try Kevlar.
Not quite half, far out.!!
Far out man
Torque and speed I bet!
I really like the looks of this set up.
Interested for Our plane.

So no thrust 😂
Not from that side. LOL
Have you seen my table ? Yes, it was flying across the room.
I'm getting older because all I see is a chop saw waiting to be walked into
The cool thing about electric power systems for RC is that there is no reason to be on the same side of the main wing as live motor.
but what are you gonna do with that soulless electric motor ? no exhaust plume, no sound, fuel, setting up the carb ect. thats just as boring as an EV.
Nice build. But the complete wrong place to stand
Exactly that. Or have safety glass
For the camera maybe. The person doing the test was not in the thrust line, but I'm glad you are thinking about safety.
@jimkitt2128 the it was fine! RC engines and helicopters are life signing if they injure you.
I can have price and characteristics of this kit. thanks . that propeller mounts
It is the same mounting pattern and process as it would be with any large gas engine that could manage this prop.
You can visit here for more info. facebook.com/groups/421196466065827
Cool dude
I can't wait to see this in action
Very nice how much trust what size of propeller
24x24 5-blade Biela Turbo. 268A and a calculated 71 lbs of static thrust with an estimated airspeed of 134 mph. Thrust and speed still unconfirmed until the test flights are conducted.
@@jimkitt2128that's totally bad ass! It sounds very cool as well. I've never seen that type of motor.
Is the tail servo for the rudder in the back? I hate pull pull systems so can you use the push pull rudder with the servo in the tail with this setup
Excellent Pilot!
Electric power is cool, but the batteries are way too expensive!
@glenn4412 Many guys already flying electric in smaller planes know that it's not that bad since it's more convenient, safer, quieter, and planes last longer. We're flying 126" planes to 44 pounds with 2 to 1 thrust on 12S and common ESCs now, so just like the planes, the power systems are bigger and cost more. The packs on most of these planes cost $250, and some guys get three years from them. I've also replaced a $6000 300cc gas radial with a $865 StinGR 180 spinning the same prop faster. So there is that, too.
Neil's flying etiquette left the flying field as local modeler calls Landing Dead stick yet Neil continues 3D on top of the runway.. .
Some accurate telemetry in air MPH numbers along with current draw@volts would be extremely helpful instead of watching numerous planes fly by with no info to judge anything with!!??.. .
@bobadingo And at what attitude, windspeed direction, wind speed, and altitude, would you this info from? Let me know, and I'll get on it right away. Just don't hold your breath.
how long of a flight time do you get out of the 12s system with those batteries ?
I personally get 7 minutes with a 6200mAh capacity. There are videos here on YT of guys flying the heavier Flex RV-8 with the same StinGR 85 for almost 9 minutes with only 5100mAh. This is the video here, and you can hear them talking about flight times and capacity and see the type of flying for the longer flight time. ua-cam.com/video/roffr1S1h8c/v-deo.html&t
@@jimkitt2128 Thank you
So basically 5:30 flight times?
Which motor option. The StinGR 120… in the TBM 120?
Nice Flight. Whats the weight?
Wow! I like it! 🤩
