Looks like Solana network was recently removed, not sure why, but I just use AVAX C-Chain now. I didn't see any announcements regarding SOL/USDC being removed or re-added - so we will have to wait and see if it returns!

It's still too early to say how PVP will develop for big time but I have hopes. Right now the biggest problem in my eyes is how they do their match making. If that can be simplified, then I think it has a chance!

at the time of leaderbaord completion i also had around 650k OL reward points, i cross referenced with the leaderboard shwoing 650k, and after another couple days i was closer to 850k, but only credited for 185k

that put me in rank 434 and if i had the 650k points that was in my account as soon as the leaderboard went live it would have been substantially higher

@skweak yep, the olrp leaderboard was a whales leaderboard. Those who had endless bigtime could ride the waves.

They did suspend 1000 players at the time this video came out. They made an announcement stating that they did, and i remember plenty of people saying they had been suspended in the discord general chat. The statements you made trying to compare suspending cheaters and updates is ridiculous and shows that you have poor understanding of how game development works. Shadow banning and being banned from the discord are not the same thing. I get that you are angry, but your accusations are generally baseless. There is a difference between saying the truth about the game, and having no tact. The general chat is not the place to air grievances. Did you even read the terms you agreed to when you joined the discord? Moderating a busy discord is not easy, and sometimes it is necessary to be heavy handed to enforce the rules of the discord, so yes, if you break the TOS of the discord then expect repercussions. Developing a game in the open is difficult, mistakes will be made, things wont always be perfect - if that's not something you can understand, then go play a full developed and released game. I connected with someone who was in the top 5 of the clockie carnage and confirmed that they placed honestly. Their pocket watches are very high level with insanely good stats - which allows them to get the finishing blow on lots of clockies. They even showed me how they run dungeons. I'm not saying EVERYBODY in the carnage played fairly, nor am i saying that the points were scored 100% accurately, but I do know at least one person did well by playing honestly.

Sounds like you are fet up. I disagree that they only care about making money. But every game needs an income so they can keep developing the game. Big time still has years of development left in order to be a full fledged game. I agree the clockie carnage is a joke.

​@@WhatsNewWeekly they didnt solve a single important bug since start of the game or made important updates, chat bug is there, servers lag and crash, team system is a joke, there is no pvp, epoch city actually is worse than the game as it was before, now you have to go to epoch and go to other server, there are more bugs now sometimes i invite and the other person didnt receive the invite, etc...clockie carnage i think is scam, cause i doubt a cheater got to hack the game and is killing millions of clockies, probably it is made so that noone gets the first prize probably a dev get it or the company. Getting random points also happened in leaderboards, they gave you points when they wanted, in this case i think are just random. I just talked today with a guy that told me that just play without focusing in killing clockies, just random dungeons, and he has almost double the points i have and i just focused killing clockies like 12 hours a day

This is the thought process I expected many players would have. It's hard to say how much of a budget they have for sound when it comes to game dev. Some gamers prioritize good sounds more than others. It is definitely a box a game company needs to tick if they want to be taken seriously regarding game reviews etc, but for the average gamer, it might to seem to add a whole lot to the game experience.

@kd8816 thanks for your feedback. I agree that end of year might be juicy. Probably start October November. I've heard mixed opinions about the OPENLOOT token as far as max supply goes, which in turn could dictate its token price. Who knows, maybe max supply is 5 Billion, but the circulating supply remains quite low. If that's the case, maybe the token price will be quite high. If someone was to buy BIGTIME tokens right now and use them all to open OPENLOOT epoch cheats, the openloot token would have to be around 40 cents to break even, based on my rough estimates. I also found it weird that I had to have hourglasess equipped in my meta to open them, I guess it's probably just code that was carried over from regular epoch chests? New Showdown is pretty legit, for sure!

@jcluster2 @jcluster2 yeah man definitely thinking the latter part of the year too. Still really unsure about the openloot thing too but I'm definitely really excited and i think there's a lot of potential there. I hope they keep working hard on the platform and their games... And yeah i got no idea about the circulating supply. I would've thought that there'd be more than BT tokens (if it's used as somewhat of a intermediate currency across the platform for their games). I will probably open an epoch at some point to see what happens but I'm definitely going to only keep it at that because I don't feel it's worth it. Just waiting on a higher rarity one atm.

@kd8816 Well, I suspect even more games will be coming to openloot sometime soon, maybe even this year. The more titles the better imo. I expect there to be a pretty big focus on developing the openloot platform further in the coming months. Opening one chest would net you between 8 and 50 openloot tokens worth of airdrop points, so i guess you have to weigh if that's worth it for you or not.

@jcluster2 yeah me too there's definitely more games on the horizon and this will be pretty awesome. And I don't think the epoch chests are worth it tbh but I just want to open one for lols haha 😆

Big Time still has a number of major features coming out this year and I'm wondering how this might impact the token price if at all. One of these features for example is PvP that involves wagering Big Time token. Additionally I would like to know your opinion on cracked hourglass. Personally I think it hurts the games economy and is bad for the token price. Token should only be able to be gathered from running portals. Cracked HG can still exist but I think it would be healthier for the econ if dismantling them provided portal modchips not token. This way they encourage players to run portals for token. What's your take?

As far as cracked hourglasses go, they are the lesser of the evil's. because the amount of bigtime collected this way is actually quite small compared to regular game play and epoch chests. TBH, if there is something that is bad for the economy it's epoch chests IMO. It just seems like a way for people with lots of capital to take advantage of the token and nft prices.

glad I can help out! Defs some similarities between CS skins and this... Main difference is that there are limited mint numbers for these items, and Big Time wont be able to decide to just reprint a bunch of old skins. Optimised decorations... hmm. It is a law of diminishing returns, so for example, 1 decoration in a space might give a 25% increase but 3 might give 35%. So i try to make sure each space has at least 1 decoration. Then my larger higher rarity spaces I prioritize putting higher rarity items. My medium mythic space i used to have 4 mythic, 2 legendary and a rare. I think that's a bit excessive. Something else I have heard is to try and match decoration themes to space themes (egypt decorations to egypt spaces, for example). I think 3 decorations per space is a good goal. and then once you have that you can start experimenting with loading more and higher rarity deco in your premium spaces.

@jcluster2 very interesting. And yes the limited supply is what caught my attention amongst other things. Regarding decorations ill look into that. I have been playing with it a bit lately and trying new things. I've also noticed that it seems as though hourglass drop rates aren't as good after patch 0.3 but that could just be me
