I don't know the whole story but you are such a beautiful dressage rider and you and Finn seem to enjoy it so much together, would you consider a career change to focus on dressage with him? With a little showjumping for fun? Especially now that you have an up and coming star eventer to do the eventing with :) Whatever you choose to do, it's clear you have the horses' best interests at heart which is so great to see!

From experience on 1:33 when your horse starts bucking don’t keep kicking it will make them more angry and they will buck more if u just say woah and sit back and not keep kicking you might have a better chance of staying on
