Such a great dark comedy with Seth Rogen. This scene was in my mind, but I couldn't remember anything but the back and forth 'Fuck yous.' Glad I found it here, need to watch this again. It's a super fucked up movie, bc it's funny, but Seth's character is really mentally ill. The end fight scene is awesome, but sad at the same time.
I love how he literally has to make the little white girl go away when the cops show up, even though she should be suitably weirded out enough to leave on her own. Makes you wonder what kinda game he’s really spitting. 😎

When I watched this movie for the first time Aziz was just some Indian dude I saw on Funny People and I knew him for his "these bitches gotta start paying me for this" line that was used in a Drake song. Now when I watch this clip all I see is Tom Haverford
Plus, in another episode it is revealed that he alters the roommate agreement to insert clauses that benefit only him. You notice he never lets Leonard have a copy of the agreement, until Priya asked to see it and kept it. Later on, he has it on his tablet which can easily be altered.
