hello we are planning on taking our dogs to Canada. Please help understand the rabies certificate. Is my vets certificate good enough or do I need to get a special form . Does the certificate need to be dated within certain number of days of visiting Canada?

Question: dog does need to be in a crate or in their own sit to cross? Or can they be in your lap? Asking because we’re thinking of visiting Canada soon and I don’t want to be turned away 😢? TIA
