This video is just me with the backing track that Robert created. Thanks for watching!

Drywall Repair Tips 3

Once you are sure you have your replacement board mounted well, you do a little sanding to make sure the surface is consistent and run a coat of joint compound followed by taping the seams. And after this all dries, you re-coat the entire patchwork with more compound insuring you have flared it out far enough to match the existing wall. Then the only thing you have to do is sand and paint norma...

Once you get something that you can mount to, you take some screws and mount your drywall that's good to that board. Then you will have something to mount the drywall section you're replacing. It is advisable to use an electric drill instead of trying to do this by hand! Thanks for watching Common Sense tips and tricks!

For someone with the little skill this is an easy job to do. The trick to replace in drywall board is to make sure you have something to mount on both sides. If you don't, here is a little tip to rectify that. Thanks for watching Common Sense tips and tricks!

Because I have so many songs that I've yet to put music to I've decided to put vocal to them. I tried to be in key with the chords that I have. I hope I remember it close enough. Thanks for watching! Song Title- The One They Called Jesus

I hope you enjoy my song here that was brought to me because my musician friend had to do it with his Band, The Power Of X. And the same friend also did this video!
Great! Who did the backing tracks? 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
@@junrvictoria my good friend Robert Paul Brandolino wrote the music but then he went one step further and paid professionals in Nashville
Friends, you got to see Robert's music! He's all about good sound and high quality! www.youtube.com/@robertpaulbrandolino3566
I like this one Tommy, good job 👍
@@ndmartin8 thank you Neil. It was a gift sent to me by the power of x. And now someone else has done sent me something else!
Thanks to you clever man, I have a few holes to fix up myself, can always use a little pro advice!
Sure Robby, it's really easy. Mostly Common Sense. You don't want "floating boards" or your mudding will get extremely difficult.
Thanks for sharing tips
My pleasure 😊Mr Bill.
Well since this happened I thought I would pass along my experience with you about how to repair drywall board. My neighbor had a stove that caught on fire and the fireman broke the wall. You could really save some money!
Thanks so much brother!
That song is so catchy!!
Thank You So Much Rick and Congrats On Those Great Songs You Are Doing!
Thank you Robby! This came from a dream. But it just means losing the weight of the world to gain the freedom of living.
Keep it up Tommy, you write great songs!
You go Tommy!
Thanks mang
Great sound
@@baselieaworshipers Thank You. I had nothing to do with the music. A good friend of mine caught a melody within my lyrics and did all of this and the video. It's a blessing to have friends like that!
Sweet. Nice Job!
Thank You Paul from me and The Power Of X!
Really nice, Tommy.
Thank You Bill! I am really blessed that my friend knew what I was shooting for by the lyrics and complimented it very lovely with the music. He also made this video.
@@CommonSenseTipsAndTricks cool
Well done
Thank you! The hardest part is getting to the leak! It can get uncomfortable.
My Mercury hub caps are $200 dollars a piece. I'm not tearing them off.
My owner's manual says you can buy the remover at the dealership. Probably for around $50. You might try a Ford shop.
@@CommonSenseTipsAndTricks I fixed it thanks for the suggestions.
Marvelous! Tremendous song. Talented vocalist.
Man, this video helped me so much thank you
Glad to hear it! Thanks for your interest and comment!
One thing I forgot to mention for any of you facing this issue, on my control panel, there was a picture of a broken lock that was blinking. Thanks for watching Common Sense Tips And Tricks!
Good fix. But my rear hatch door button is intermittent. I have to push a few times and then it works. I saw a fix for the mechanism behind the button that I am going to try.
Great.
Thank you Tina! Just made a thousand streams on Spotify.
@@CommonSenseTipsAndTricks great, well done.

Thank you Sandra for your kind words.
Awesome! Merry Christmas!!! 🎄🎄🎄 The timbre of Paul's voice is close to Jamie Harvill
Thank you! Sometimes his music sounds like Jeremy Camp too. Thanks for making the Great video!
Well done guys, lovely relaxed vibe to this song and a great message. 👌
Thank you Neil! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Love worshipping the Lord in song always a good blessing from God praise the Lord
Thank you Gary! In 4 days the world will see Christmas again. We should always share and remind people the glory of the story.
When I think of Christmas, I go back to this old story. Merry Christmas To You All!
Yes you can drive a car that has an inoperable thermostat. But you risked the danger of overheating your engine! It's not a good idea to do! And it's also a bad idea to use water instead of coolant!
Thank you Robby! I'm really glad things turned out well with your recovery!
Well I decided to use the tarp for all these piles and wow! I'm done! Just took about an hour total. I have just a few scrapings that would not even filled up a garbage bag left. Thanks for watching common Sense tips and tricks!
Thanks Tommy, great job!
Yep, they do NOT play around
I'm telling you I have never gotten a more painful bee sting than I did from these things! So watch yourself when you do remodel projects!
Forgot to say that when I paint the first side, I do paint both edges with that.
I love how American closets are the size of most houses in the UK 🤣
Instead of calling them walk in closets, they should say living in closets! lol Just another vanity of the rich. lol
@@CommonSenseTipsAndTricks 😂😂😂
Super helpful, to the point super fast. Ive painted loads with matt but when testing the eggshell I found myself thinking this is going to react differently and hereI am. Thanks to you now I can start my bathroom over the weekend (after checking your other videos for tips) thank you!
Eggshell is great for kitchens and baths because it is good about repelling stains. And as opposed to flat finished, it can be touched up by rollers but not by brush. The trick is you must roll in very tight. Brush first if you must. Thanks for your comment!
@@CommonSenseTipsAndTricks thank you, that’s really helpful to know too, I think the people who lived in the house before me attempted to touch up the bathroom satin with a paint brush as there are brush marks here and there and when the light goes on it’s like a neon sign saying “look at me” Thank you for this, I’m bound to miss a bit and the roller trick will be super helpful
@@penguinepenguin6193 My pleasure to help! I've seen your story so many times! Painting is not hard. A skilled hand is needed occasionally but the "magic" is in my tricks! Also you need not paint every wall. I have painted one wall that may be bad but you can't get paint on the adjacent (connecting) walls. I have speed with my skill but most of these techniques can be done by a novice as well. They will just go much slower. Best tips for your highest quality easiest jobs to clean your brush intensely and use a wire brush! A grill cleaning brush works great!
@@CommonSenseTipsAndTricks I do have a fairly steady hand and I work in a creative field so I think that’s given me patience and knowing anything new isn’t scary you just go slow 😁 that coupled with really good advise from a professional is invaluable , I could never afford to pay someone to do this job but thanks to you; my bathroom is finished and it looks fantastic (few bits of touch up to do on my ceiling, beginners chores) I know I’m rambling on but learning that eggshell would be very different to matt, the do in sextons tip, the out something in the bath (dropped a screwdriver!) the don’t go over it once it’s dried a bit and all the other stuff was so helpful, I genuinely would have run into so many issues had I not watched your video and now I have a beautifully painted bathroom and I’m curled up on the sofa watching the TV. Thank you so much for your help 😁 and now I shall leave you in peace
@@penguinepenguin6193 I was also blessed with good use of words. So I'm artistic as well. I love to write songs! I like to write about my faith, love and life. I'm so happy to know thar my tips helped you! Enjoy my Autumn Song: ua-cam.com/video/EHOOtb4gnGg/v-deo.html
Hey Tommy, are you a painter who sings or a singer who paints?? 😜
Hi Peter! Yep you've got the right guy! I'd be the songwriter who paints houses. Because my Dad and Grand Dad had the music dream that never really was achieved. I feel really blessed by so many of you who support mine which has come to be for me. I guess I'm the third with the same name as theirs for a good reason.
I see that the lift lock switch is worn out and needs to be replaced by so much pressing and they burn out easily in the inside by any short you get from anything! It's an expensive part and hard to find.
Try Amazon? I got a fuel pump for a great price there! They go by your VIN so you don't get the wrong part.
You can disassemble the lock/switch assembly and clean up the contacts.
That is beautifully heartfelt, Tommy.
Thank you So Much Mary! I think you're doing great!
What did you do with the old wires?
You cap the wires. I'd cap and tape them and also make sure they are far away from touching each other. They don't carry much power but anytime you dealing with wires that have electricity there is an element of danger. Thanks for the question! If you happen to like music I got a playlist with over 5,000 songs on it!
👍👍
Love the song Tommy! Great message! And I’m ready for Christmas music!
Thank You Derek. I bet you could have sung this too! Oh how I really need another singer like James did!
You’ll never know till you give it a go. My favorite line
That was all Lou's idea. He really has a great way at seeing music!
Very cool!!!!
Thank you Bill from all of us!
Omg are there some bad mechanics lol. Especially the mobile ones. just taking money left and right and misdiagnosing every damn thing! It's a real struggle because to go to a shop you have to tow it. Then you get to the towing around to different shops problem because some of them aren't honest either. Car work is becoming impossible, especially in the city. Most mechanics just want a quick easy turn around but I never go to someone else for my work unless its one that I just can't figure out and have already spent hundreds on trying to. Thats how much I hate going to the shop because I spend so much on false diagnostics. Hope to god one day I find an honest one so that I won't have to keep going to different places and spending money to learn if they are or not.
Man I understand! That's why I hope others can be armed a little better with this information. I thought I could trust an ASE Shop! But I was wrong! I did save $500 for trying an exact model computer to rule it out! Yeah took me 15 minutes to borrow my Mom's. Saved $250 on install and $250 on the computer which was not the issue at first! My advice is listen to the mechanic and maybe take notes so you don't get taken advantage of you. Also, talking their talk can save you lots of money! Example (Never say the word "motor"!)
Hello tommy What did u do with the wire that was connected to the intercom? Did u use electrical tape ? Please let me know. Thanks
Hi there, all you do is clip the ends of the wire, screw on a wire nut for each and use electrical tape over the ends. Be sure you have the circuit off first for each wire or you risk electrical shock.
Good stuff Tommy!
Thank You Derek, Sometimes resources may be limited but there can still be common sense ways to achieve good results.
Love this bro Sounds great ❤❤❤ I give you a sub
Thank you so much! I always start them off and others jump on them.
