Stratagem is a mega trash, just like every other mods and tweaks. Ive just tried that crap. Installed everything, turned the Insane difficulty, and cant see the difference. Ive noticed that "the mod recommends turning the difficulty-based damage off", which is so easy I dont know Im playing anything. Plus, there are a lot of bugs. By switching between NPCs Character screen (pressing R), you will get some FREE AMOUNT OF XPs! Not mentioning hundreds of other stuff that sucks..
