SpaceX Falcon Heavy USSF-67 Mission Rocket Launch from Pad 39A & Landing at LZ-1 & 2 on 1/15/23
I am not a professional videographer, I am used to doing still photography, so I did my best to capture what it’s like to be just a few miles from a Falcon Heavy launch and double Falcon 9 booster landing. Warning for those who get motion sick - since I'm really zoomed in, the video is very wiggly. I enjoyed pausing the video at times to see what was going on without trying to track with my eyes. I also hate the green artifact that follows with the brighter points of light - ideas on how to avoid that happening would be much appreciated!

Artemis I Launch 11/16/22 1:47am from KSC Visitor Complex (DSLR camera with zoom)

I am not a professional videographer, so no need to critique my video. I did the best I could while juggling multiple physical and mental aspects of how this launch happened. I’m just truly so thankful I got to experience the first launch of SLS in person, from eight miles away. Great job to all who were involved over the years! That was mighty impressive!

SpaceX Transporter-3 Mission - Falcon 9 Rocket Launch from Pad 40 & Landing at LZ-1 on 1/13/22

While I am not a professional videographer, I love a good launch and landing, so I did my best to capture what it’s like to be just a few miles from this amazing feat! Since this mission flew south, it went right over me, which made the sound of launch last for quite a few minutes longer than normal, so there is a bit of time where I’m not focusing on anything in particular, just recording the ...

12/16/19 Launch of SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket with JCSAT-18 & Kacific1

My view on 12/16/19 at 7:10pm ET from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center parking lot around 6-7 miles from launch pad 40 where a SpaceX Falcon 9 launched the JCSAT-18 and Kacific1 satellites. Stage 1 landed on a drone ship at sea so just the launch itself was visible.
Florida Thunderstorm 6/25/19

A storm was a-brewing outside my house on a super hot Florida summer day, so I thought I’d share it with you! It got a little scary so I backed up from the window a little at one point, plus the electricity ended up going on and off a few times (maybe you can tell in the window reflection when that happens), but that’s life in Florida! Before the storm it was 97 degrees out, and afterward (less...
6/25/19 Launch of SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy Rocket Including Two Boosters Landing

My view of the entire launch to landing (meaning there are a few minutes in the middle where nothing visual/auditory happens) of SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket from Pad 39A on 6/25/19 at 2:30am ET from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Stick with the video until the very end with loud sonic booms when the two boosters land back at Landing Zones 1 & 2 closer to me than the launch was! I used my older i...
Airshows are impressive specially night time fuel dump and burns. I get that you filmed a real spectacular light and sound show, but are you so sure about what you where told or what you might be mislead to believe it actually does up there for a few minutes.
@AVO...Lay off the idiot pills, and most certainly don't wash them down with alcohol, the next time you feel like chiming in...

Where were you standing?
It’s a boat ramp area on the left, just before you get to Jetty Park.
Clueless photography. Sorry.
Next time lock your focus on infinite and there will be no refocussing blur... Good capturing
Thank you! I’ll try that!
Thank you! I was hoping to find a home video! Nice job!
Thank you! I like for a casual video like this to relay to folks who can’t be there in person to know what it’s like - nothing fancy!
Great video! Where exactly were you? Looks like a boat ramp?
I’m looking at places and I’m pretty sure this is Jetty Park
Yes, it’s a boat ramp area right before you enter Jetty Park that I just happened to pull into - hadn’t been to this exact place for a launch before.

Beautiful...Symphonic (I can hear kettledrums). Nature's masterpiece. This was the calming soundtrack from my early years, growing up near the shores of Tampa Bay.
