You'd have to cut through the walls to link all the rooms together. Brilliant property but overpriced considering the electrics need updating, ceilings need replaced, kitchen bathrooms need installed, plus heating.

i have a couple houses in Bg and yes its fairly common to have exterior stairs. i dont care for it either being a westerner. Thankfully, labor isnt expensive in Bg. i turned a small cottage from a 9k shell into a lovely rental. very westernized. it cost me 30k more (this included all labor materials and even the appliances etc. its just how much will you be willing to take on. its fantastic to have a nice cottage for only 40k euro all newly constructed. try getting that in the west.
