Great video....where do you get the blanks with eyes already in them?
I ordered me some blade baits just going to use paint and clear coat paint can't afford airbrush
What do you use to get the paint to adheare to bait strongly I paint my own stuff for myself and sometimes I find the paint chipping off kind of easy any recommendations or for a clear coat that is strong as well I use KBS but it just don't seem to be enough
Prep work is really the most important part for adhesion. Many painters scuff the bait with very fine grit sandpaper 3,000+. As far as clear coat there are a few very good options, but they are generally 2 part mixes and are better for bulk. Tamco has gotten a lot of love lately. UV cures are super hard and durable but require certain UV lights to cure or the sun. KBS is just ok and is temperamental when curing if you don’t have enough humidity . A 2 part epoxy is also a good choice.

Where do you get blanks?
Wow. What an informative video on how to like title states.... Literally the only information given was how he spun the worm on.. i mean really change the title, "watching guys catching fish", would of been appropriate.

How does this fish with a plastic worm like a Wyandotte worm? Or gulp?
Works just fine. Last year on H2H which was no live bait events he did very well with gulp or slimers

When we took it apart, unfortunately we had a good portion of one of the teeth missing on a gear. Not that it's the only potential reason for the noise, but in our case we ended up having to replace the lower unit.
