I have used these hoses for the past 25 years. It is disappointing they are no longer in business.

Curious if anyone knows more about what happened to Floodchek, and whether anyone can recommend a similar quality product on the market today. From other people's comments, it sounds like they are no longer in business and may have failed to deliver on purchases when they were on their way out, but the set of laundry hoses I bought from them about 10 years ago were astoundingly sturdy and well made, and I'd love to find something similar.

Is there anything like this on the market today?

From everything I was able to locate they disappeared/dissolved sometime in 2017 following a bunch of lawsuits challenging their 20 year claim. I have to admit the engineering certainly appears to have been superior to most everything else I've seen though.

Second the warning about this company. I ordered hoses September 4 2017, never received them although my credit card was charged $58.22 immediately. Floodchek did not respond to emails, phone calls go straight to voice mail and are not returned. Supposedly located in Oliver Springs TN but the address is the local Post Office and the local police say they are not a local business. Company may have gone out of business but that doesn't excuse them taking peoples' money and not delivering the product.

**FRAUD ALERT** As reviewed by others, DO NOT BUY FLOODCHEK HOSES! At one time they may have produced a quality product and conducted legitimate business, but that does not appear to be the case any longer. You will place an order for product that says it's on backorder for 4 -6 weeks and that will be the end of it. It doesn't ship, even after months. No one answers the phone or responds to inquiries nor do they appear to have a legitimate business address. They will charge your card at time of order and nothing is shipped, there is no communication, nothing. Your money is taken seemingly with the hope it will be forgotten and you will not dispute the charge with your credit card company. You can verify this by searching for Floodchek reviews and seeing the countless other complaints including BBB.

DO NOT BUY FLOODCHEK HOSES!! The company and their website are BOTH fraudulent!!!! If you order from them, they will bill your credit card immediately and NEVER ship your order. Check GOOGLE reviews and the BBB, same complaint, different day. I have ordered and used their products in the past with good success so far, but was recently scammed and robbed like the others. DO NOT BUY FLOODCHEK HOSES!!
