oh so the roller was supposed to have a coating on it to prevent stringing. now that explains everything. dudes at my workplace used to clean that with a metal spatula. and here I am struggling with stringed glue clumping on different parts before the pressure rollers and sometimes getting carried away with the panel and pressed under the band. it's gonna be hard to convince my boss we need a new application unit. any suggestions?
