Hey everyone! I recently discovered that the term "self-image" is a lot more literal than I knew. 🤯 With no mind's eye, I never realized that the term was actually referring to an actual picture in one's head!
Since I can't create a picture of myself in my head, I'm honestly a bit confused by the whole concept. What form does your self-image take? Is it your everyday look? Your best you? I have so many questions!
