Sorry to say this but you have done things over and over in building your house you use people that work cheap and also you jump ahead and skip septs that will make the house look good, instead of finding out from people who use someone that did a good job, you just use who you know from the charity work and they have done a poor job, the wall are not smooth but yet you say that they are just to avoid doing the skimming of the walls that would make the walls look a 100 time better when you paint, but I realize you don’t know when a job is being done correctly, also you said you were not in a rush to move in so not sure why you don’t do things right and good the first time and make the corrections, because you shouldn’t have to doing over anything a year or five years from now, but I came to understand that you don’t know when a job is being done good or not, because you don’t understand what septs come first then the next, even the tiles in the bathroom I see you put up the cover over the switch and I can see a hole from the tiles not cut properly, these are things you need to fixes, you want after for every thing to look good

Yeah, for the walls I wanted to comment that your painter was doing poor work, but I feared because I didn't know how you'd take it. it's good you've also realized brother, paint it again, including the gypsum. The last coat preserves the gypsum and the walls, and also makes them look nice. I've not done my last coat but you could see that my wall was looking a bit clean than yours, so paint it brother and look for a professional. Thank you.
