II is better,In the past two years, due to the United States, the manufacturing chain has been forced to change. Many new products are manufactured in Vietnam and other places instead of China. Therefore, all headphone brands including Bose, Sony, and UE are not as good as before. So if you really want to buy, you have to buy products from two years ago.

So you basically just read the brochure for both and compared what it says on the brochure. Lol

Im using Major 5 for the past one week..volume levels and surround bass are too average. If its only for looks and brand values, then we can surely opt this one..I still feel that i should have got major 4 bcos of the sound quality issues of major 5. Im currently using Sound ID app to get a audio boost and its fairly better than the stock equalizer which i found worthless. Looks, portability, and brand name are the usp of these average headphones.
