It would help if she spoke correct English.
I think that her English is good and her pronunciation is clear considering that English is obviously not her first language. I have found many regional accents of native born and bred to be less comprehensible. I do not know her place of origin but let us suppose that it is Czech for sake of argument. How good is your spoken Czech? Maybe her spoken English needs to be worked on but not as much as the work needed on your bigotry.
Actually, I believe that her surname of Pionica is Polish but she may have acquired that name by marriage rather than it being indicative of her origin. Never the less, again, how good is your spoken Polish?
