There is no connectivity for local transportation, such as buses like 52, 55, 55AC, and 45 (Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport). Auto drivers are often rude and charge high fares. For example, they charge Rs. 60 for individual trips to Pethali Metro Signal and Rs. 20 -30 for shared rides. While traveling from Ghot Camp to Kharghar is manageable, the return journey is difficult and expensive.       @@naveedkardekar8094 nahi yeh plots kheti ki zameen per nikale gaye hai but inko diversion karwa ke dete hai yeh log uske liye bhi pura inke pass ek plan hai jiske hisaab se yeh deal karwa rahe hai .. aap call kar inke office mein jaa kar inse Puri details lelo wo aapko pura process samjha denge ki kese in plots ko use karna hai aur uske liye kya kya document banwana hai aur kese banwana hai... Phir soch samjh kar kisi advocate se document check karwa kar salah mashwara kar ke koi bhi deal final karna ..🙂

    question hai bhai agar hamare pass ITR hai toh income certificate nahi dalne ki jarurat hai? aur agar income certificate dalna hai toh kaun se year ka chaiye 23-24 ya fir 22-23?

      @@Chhexxy ITR 23-24 ka receipt lagana padega aur income tax certificate bhi 23-24 ka barcode wala ...rules change hue hai ..pehle dono mein se koi ek se hee kaam ho jata thaa but abhi dono lagana hai 23-24 ka

      @@ammarshaikh3230 taloja develop kiya gaya thaa MIDC mein kaam karne wale logo ko nazar mein rakhte hue.. ki itna bada MIDC area hai toh kaam karne wale pass mein hee ghar kharidenge.. yeh soch kar taloja ko devloped kiya gaya.. but property ke price dusre nodes ke hisaab se kam thee isliye idhar udhar ki public ne zyada investment kiya aur taloja ek alag he node ban kar ubharne laga .

Video mein sirf taloja nhi kaafi sare nodes ki information deta hu aur log apne hisaab se jo unko sahi Lage waha investment kare... Yaha per Kam budget mein property available hai isliye yaha in future property price jab badenge tab sale karne mein faida hoga . Jo log property investment ka buisness karte hai unlogo ke liye asi location faida deti hai . MIDC se polution hai magar MIDC ki wajah se hee yaha per job options hai jo log MIDC mein job karte hai jo bahar se aaye hui hai wo log MIDC area ke pass mein hee rent per ghar search karte hai .. jisse investor ko rentals bhi assani se mil jaatein hai. Magar unn garibo ka kya jo apni family ko chawl wali zindagi se ek acchi zindagi dena chahte hai..? Wo log kaha jayenge...?
