The 2006 new flyer de40lfr will always be my favorite hybrid buses. They sound so powerful especially for a hybrid bus AND THEY HAD A SMOOTH TAKEOFF and they were smooth to ride. The interiors looked so identical to the D40lf’s.

I miss the NABI’s so much their Cummins M11 just had such a great hum noise to it. Also when I was younger riding them it felt like a joyride riding them because I always enjoy the feeling of being high up on high floor buses. I always thought as it was a better way to sight see. They just had a nostalgic feel.

I miss the old Santa Claus GMC bus .❤

I’m sad all the older New flyers are leaving I mean I do like the new buses you know the NOVAS and XD/E40’s but I also loved the old buses more because they all had that charming feel that you would know it’s MTA. MTA had a variety of buses in their fleet like the Neoplans, NABI, and New flyers.
