Hello sir I experienced a hamstring injury ironically during my obstetrics internship. Was too busy, so i couldn't give it some rest. It's been 1.5 years now. I have located the injury to be in the biceps femoris tendon. I experience pain during the end of thigh extension. I know i need to do an mri but haven't been able to bring myself to it. Presently i experience pain on walking too much. Can you please advice me regarding some exercises that i can do to strengthen my biceps femoris and what further management i need.
